Refund Policy

If a Pro plan does not work for you, write to support@microext.com within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund it in full.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time in the extension (PRO or Manage), with the link in your payment receipt, or by email. Cancellation stops future payments; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Renewals are not refunded unless required by law.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our reseller, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
